RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The return costs will be borne by the customer in almost all cases. Use the return form to return the product. Briefly describe why the product returns and listed the order number. After receipt, we will return the amount within 14 days or send the new product (free of charge) to you.
To return products to In White Shop, we use some precautions with product fitting:
Stockings cannot be sent back. For the return of other products, you can use the included return form. Shoes can be sent back, but make sure you're on a soft surface when you fit, such as carpeting or a towel. If the soles are damaged, we cannot take the shoes back. Also make sure that the packaging of the products is undamaged. Please maintain your own underwear while fitting slips and strings related to hygiene. After your wedding, you can have most satin shoes in color in a dark color.
Complaint or defect
If the product you purchased from www.inwhiteshop.nl breaks down after some time and you may believe that this should not be possible in normal use, you can file a complaint.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the complaint. We will consider the complaint within three working days and ensure a well-founded complaint within 14 days of an appropriate solution. If you have a complaint that needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency because of an upcoming wedding, please include this in your email.
If the product is still available, we will send you a new copy. If this product is no longer in stock, we can refund the purchase amount back into your account.
