We are doing our utmost to deliver products as soon as possible. However, many of the products in our webshop are made by hand and may have some delivery time on them. Almost all of our products are delivered by a courier. You will receive a track&trace code for your order by e-mail. For the expected delivery time, you can enter your DPD track&trace code on the expected delivery day at www.dpredict.nl
Below we give an indication of the delivery time in working days:

- Jewelry 3-10 working days
- Lingerie 5-10 working days
- Other 3-10 working days
If a product is not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail.
Send or exchange return
Within fourteen days of receipt, you can exchange a product or send it back. Articles may be evaluated and adapted, as you would in the store, unless otherwise indicated below. Return conditions are that the product is in the original package, complete and undamaged. Socks, hoes and gift vouchers cannot be sent back.
Sending the costs for the return comes in almost all cases on behalf of the customer. Use the return form to send the product back. Describe briefly why the product is returning and give the order number. Upon receipt we will return the amount or send the new product (free) to you within 14 days.
For the return of products to In White Shop we use some precautions regarding the fitting of products:
- Socks and hooks cannot be sent back. For returning other products, please use the return form provided.
- Shoes can be sent back, but be sure to stand on a soft floor when fitting, such as a floor cover or a towel. If the soles are damaged, we can't take the shoes back.
- Also ensure that the packaging of the products is undamaged. Please keep your own underwear on during fitting your panties and thongs related to hygiene.
- After your wedding you can have most satin shoes dyed in a dark colour. You can use this page see how this goes on in his work
Complaint or defect
If the product you purchased at In White shop breaks down after some time and you feel that this should not be possible in normal use, you can file a complaint.
Send an e mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and photos of the complaint. We will deal with the complaint within three working days and ensure that a well-founded complaint is resolved within a 14-day period. If you have a complaint that needs to be resolved urgently because of an upcoming wedding, please include this in your e mail.
If the product is still available, we will send you a new copy. If this product is no longer in stock, we can refund the purchase amount to your account.
