RETURNS POLICY

Within thirty days of receipt, you can exchange a product or send it back. Articles may be evaluated and adapted, as you would in the store, unless otherwise indicated below. Return conditions are that the product is in the original package, complete and undamaged. Socks, hoes and gift vouchers cannot be sent back.

Sending the costs for the return comes in almost all cases on behalf of the customer. Use the return form to send the product back. Describe briefly why the product is returning and give the order number. Upon receipt, we will refund the amount or send the new product (free) to you within thirty days

SHIPPING

We are doing our utmost to deliver products as soon as possible. A large part of our collection can be delivered directly. However, many of the products in our webshop are made by hand and may have some delivery time on them.

Almost all of our products are delivered by a courier. You will receive a track&trace code for your order by e-mail. For the expected delivery time, you can enter your DPD track&trace code on the expected delivery day at www.dpredict.nl
